Where the name comes from

Alex is usually a short form of Alexander or Alexandra, both going back to the Greek Alexandros - often explained as 'defender of the people,' though it's also used as a given name in its own right today.

Why this moment matters

A toast doesn't need real wine to mean something - a whole family included the smallest person at the table on purpose.

The story behind this song

Every cup at the table rises together while he drinks his milk, so his small glass feels like part of the toast.

A song with a big sister or big brother

A big sister or big brother joins in here, so it works as a sibling song the whole family can sing.
