Where the name comes from

Ambre is the French word for amber, the fossilized tree resin - one of a number of French names drawn directly from nature and gemstones rather than from an older personal name.

Why this moment matters

A baby's first season passing by is invisible to them and enormous to everyone pushing the pram.

The story behind this song

Her first autumn drifts down leaf by leaf, settling on the pram blanket as she's wheeled through the quiet afternoon.
