Karson is a variant spelling of Carson.

Why this moment matters

Keep-the-balloon-up is a party game every family plays, and a parent tapping it with their nose is the funniest move of all.

The story behind this song

Karson and Daddy keep a red party balloon in the air, tapping it up with hands, noses and a bounce off the comfy chair so it never touches the floor.
