Carter is an occupational name for 'one who uses a cart', from an English surname.

Why this moment matters

A wooden train track is building and playing in one, and every new loop gives the engine somewhere new to go.

The story behind this song

Carter clicks wooden track together round the couch, under chairs and over bridges, then pushes the red engine all the way round making the whistle sound.
