Where the name comes from

Jace is a 20th-century short form of Jason.

Why this moment matters

A ferry ride is a short trip that feels like a voyage to a small child - water all around, a horn, and seagulls following along.

The story behind this song

Jace rides the ferry across the bay, the horn tooting as it chugs away from the little town, waving from the sunny side at the swooping seagulls.
