Where the name comes from

Brandon is usually read as 'broom hill', from the Old English brom (the broom shrub) and dun (hill).

Why this moment matters

A blanket fort is a house inside the house - small, dark and cosy - and building it with a parent makes it twice as good.

The story behind this song

Brandon drags blankets and pillows into the living room, Daddy holds the corners over the chairs, and they crawl inside the cosy cave with a flashlight and Teddy.

A song to play on Father's Day

Papa is right there in this song, which makes it a warm Father's Day song to play for him, or to give a new dad on his first Father's Day.
