We use your name, email address, the child's name and your message only to create and deliver your song or storybook, and to answer questions about your order. These details are required to buy from us.
A nickname is enough - we never ask for a full name, and we never publish what you give us.
We share these details with our payment, email, hosting, music-production and illustration-production providers. Your information is handled in Hong Kong, and we keep a payment record for seven years because tax law requires it.
You, or the child's parent or guardian, can ask us for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion at any time - email hello@littlemagic.app.
