About the details you're giving us

We use your name, your email address, what you call the child, and your message only to make and deliver your song, and to answer you about your order. Giving them is necessary to buy from us.

A nickname is enough - we don't need a full name, and we never publish what you give us.

We share your details with our payment, email, hosting and music-production providers, and your information is handled in Hong Kong. We keep a payment record for 7 years because tax law requires it.

You, or the child's parent or guardian, can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, by emailing hello@littlemagic.app.

What we can and can't include

Please keep your details kind and lawful. We cannot include:

  • Hateful, harassing, or discriminatory content
  • Sexual, violent, or otherwise adult content
  • Real people's names other than your child and close family
  • Third-party lyrics or other copyrighted text
  • Anything unlawful, defamatory, or that impersonates someone

Before you pay

If you tick this, we'll use your name and email address to send you emails about our own personalised song packages, new songs, seasonal offers and product news - no more than twice a month. We never use the child's name for marketing, and we never give your details to anyone else for their marketing. Unsubscribe any time from any email, free and without giving a reason.
